1) TECHNICAL REPORTS. SURVEYS, AND TECHNICAL REPORTS FOR THE COURT.

We make all kind of technical reports, ordered by community owner's, private, solicitors, promoters, etc..

Are you going to purchase a house? We recommend that you take advice before doing it. We make reports of the state of conservation in buildings.

If the house has just been built, we do the snagging list for you to claim from the Promoter.

Are you having problems in your community or your house? We help you to solve them. You can claim for the damages you have, using a Technical Report made by us.

2) BUILDING WORK MANAGEMENT
We offer our clients a total and complete package of professional services to realise their projects from start to finish. Initially, working with the estate agents, consulting and checking the urban situation according to the valid urban planning, and advising about the suitability of the plot to develop the project.

We manage the requirements of the licences and obligatory transactions according to the valid laws, like Geological Report, OCT, ten years insurance, etc...

We do comparisons between the quotations offered and manage the quantity surveying.

For those clients who don’t live in the area, we send pictures and video via the internet, in order to keep them informed in real time.
